Amulet of Destiny 0.8.5 release

Thank you all for feedback, added two new small features and some minor modifications

• Dramatic Intro Screen Added
• Added Brightness slider in Options screen
• Added Floating Damage text
• New HUD Icons
• UI zoom in/out added
• Zoomed main map in slightly
• Added end caps to dungeon module 5 to prevent you from stepping of into the void
• Screen transition added, no more mad ADHD camera action on entrance
